What term length is required to get this pricing?
The pricing listed on this page is associated with a 12 month term. Additional term lengths are available for greater discounts. Please contact sales to learn more or request a quote.
Is a phone included with the package and what if I want to upgrade the phone?
A base phone of Poly VVX 350 is included in each package except the Basic Seat, which does not have a phone included. If you would like to upgrade to a phone with more features a monthly upgrade charge is applied based on the type of phone or conference device. Please contact sales to learn more or request a quote.
How are the phones secured against attacks?
Included, but priced separately is a Firewall and SD-WAN device that will register, protect and redirect traffic in the event of a failure. Additionally, it is recommended that each customer secure it’s network and IT equipment with it’s own firewall.
Is there a maximum number of minutes allowed on your unlimited service?
Unlimited is classified under a fair usage policy and offered under a normal business calling pattern. To determine fair usage each seat is allowed 400 minutes of use (MOU) times the number of seats that is pooled for the entire organization. If there are 200 seats a total of 80,000 MOUs would be allowed. Afterwards a $.015 per minute would be charged. Unlike our competitors we clearly communicate our fair use policies.
Who does the installation of the service?
Installation is very easy and can be completed by your IT Staff or by Coeo. We have a nationwide installation presence and can handle installation of the service as well as any inside wiring or electrical work that needs to be performed. You do not need to find other contractors to assist with a full and complete turnup.
