What term length is required to get this pricing?
The pricing listed on this page is associated with a 3-year term. Additional term lengths are available for greater discounts. Please contact sales to learn more or request a quote.
Is a phone included with the package and what if I want to upgrade the phone?
A base phone of Poly VVX 350 is included in each package except the Basic Seat, which does not have a phone included. If you would like to upgrade to a phone with more features a monthly upgrade charge is applied based on the type of phone or conference device. Please contact sales to learn more or request a quote.
How are the phones secured against attacks?
Included, but priced separately is a Firewall and SD-WAN device that will register, protect and redirect traffic in the event of a failure. Additionally, it is recommended that each customer secure it’s network and IT equipment with it’s own firewall.
Is there a maximum number of minutes allowed on your unlimited service?
Unlimited is classified under a fair usage policy and offered under a normal business calling pattern. To determine fair usage each seat is allowed 400 minutes of use (MOU) times the number of seats that is pooled for the entire organization. If there are 200 seats a total of 80,000 MOUs would be allowed. Afterwards a $.015 per minute would be charged. Unlike our competitors we clearly communicate our fair use policies.
Who does the installation of the service?
Installation is very easy and can be completed by your IT Staff or by Coeo. We have a nationwide installation presence and can handle installation of the service as well as any inside wiring or electrical work that needs to be performed. You do not need to find other contractors to assist with a full and complete turnup.

What is an Auto Attendant?
This is an automated receptionist that is specifically tailored to meet the needs of a small business. Allows for a customizable schedule allowing businesses to define separate menus to be played outside business hours. Easy transfer calls by dialing a number or name thus reducing the need for a live receptionist.
What is the difference between the agent and supervisor dashboard?
The agent dashboard displays calls in queue, wait time, call details including originating queue. The supervisor dashboard displays calls in queue, agent activity, transcriptions of calls, allows supervisors to view many reports to view and download detailed statics on performance.
What features can the supervisor receive?
There are many features for supervisors, but the most common are monitor, whisper, barge-in, agent wrap-up, customizable agent status codes and customizable disposition codes.
What is a call disposition code?
Disposition codes are used to determine how the agent handled a call. This may be things like ‘Sold Yellow Widget’, ‘Sold Blue Widget’, etc. Supervisors can create many disposition codes per ACD group.
What does Monitor Whisper Barge-In accomplish?
Allows supervisors to silently monitor an agent and speak to the agent without the caller hearing, as well as the ability to barge into the call as a full 3-way conference.

Can I use my old phone system?
Yes, Coeo SIP Trunking solutions are compatible with most popular PBX systems including Alcatel, Avaya, Asterisk, Cisco, 3CX, Mitel, FreePBX and many more.
Can I self-manage my account?
For both SIP Trunking and Coeo Connect for Microsoft Direct Routing you can use Coeo SIP Trunking Portal to manage your trunks, signaling IPs, route labels, DID and Toll Free Inventory, as well as add and port numbers.
Can I set up call bursting?
Call bursting enables you to continue making and receiving calls beyond the included number of SIP Trunks or Concurrent Calls without buying additional trunks. If subscribed to the service Coeo allows for call bursting on our Metered SIP Trunk product.
Do you have geo-redundant options?
If you have mission critical requirements, Coeo has geographically dispersed data centers and SIP infrastructure, to route voice traffic anywhere in the event of a disaster or failure of equipment.
How do you secure SIP Traffic?
SIP is transmitted over the internet and security is of the utmost importance. Session Border Controllers (SBC) are required to act like a voice firewall to successfully block unwanted security breaches. Typically customers will either purchase directly from Ribbon, Audio Codes or Cisco or Coeo can provide as a managed service to the customer. These SBCs can also turn SIP into PRIs or POTs lines for legacy PBXs that cannot handle SIP.

If you have an existing firewall that is performing to your satisfaction there is not a need to deploy these services. We do not bundle these products as each site and customer is unique in their firewall requirements. Both UTM and NGFW can easily be added to any location at any time.

We have developed a solution that allows an IP address to seamlessly move from one session to another without any disruption in data integrity. What that means is that if you are transmitting a voice call and one internet connection goes down, the IP address moves to the backup internet connection and the call never drops. Therefore you never lose a customer conversation. This is a very unique feature that the competition cannot replicate.
Can we purchase or rent the equipment?
We give both options depending on your company’s specific needs for an operating expense or a capital expenditure. The SD-WAN routers can be bundled into the solution for a monthly recurring price or sold for a one time cost. Monthly recurring costs are associated with each bundle to provide the service, maintenance and full management of your SD-WAN solution.
We cannot go down, do you have High Availability Options?
Yes the equipment has High Availability software available to link together two SD-WAN routers to fail over to each other in the event the router goes out of service. The license for HA is ½ the price of the original bundle.
Do you procure and manage internet circuits?
Yes, if your company purchases internet services (Fiber, Broadband, LTE or 5G) from Coeo, we will install, monitor, manage and remediate any issues on the circuits. Our systems allow us to find the best internet options that meet your objectives. Do you supply Static IP address?
Yes IP Address can be purchased in a variety of combinations that start with 1 and up to 256 IP Address. Additional monthly charges apply.
Can I purchase diverse carriers through Coeo?
We pride ourselves on delivering services to customers that maximize uptime. Coeo strongly urges each customer to evaluate your disaster requirements and at a minimum purchase two connections at critical locations in the event one fails. Starting recommendation would be 1 high quality fiber circuit and 1 broadband or 5G circuit for failover. We can procure all options for you nationwide.
Can we upgrade the size of the circuit?
You can increase the speed of your circuits at any time to meet the changing needs of your organization.
What is the difference between symmetrical and asymmetrical internet connection?
A symmetrical internet connection offers the same upload and download speeds, so if you get 500 MB symmetrical internet you can simultaneously download and upload at 500 MB. An asymmetrical internet connection does not have equal download/upload speeds. A 100/10 means you will receive 100 MB download speed and only 10 MB upload speed. The upload speed is what most companies are concerned about when interacting with data.
