Ribbon Session Border Controller and Coeo SIP Trunking Promotion

Promotion Time Period:  September 1, 2022 to December 31,2022

Limited time promotion. When customers purchase any Ribbon SBC, COEO offers customers additional dollar for dollar discounts  for contracted SIP and Usage Products.   This offer only applies to customers purchasing a Ribbon SBC and signing a 36 month term for SIP Trunking (Recurring Charge) and committed monthly usage.   The discount is equal to the monthly contracted value of SIP Trunking Monthly Recurring Fees and Usage (Toll Free, Local, Long Distance and International).  Please see Example 1.

In the event the client is currently under contract with another carrier for SIP Services the customer can still take advantage of the promotion. To qualify for the promotion in this situation the customer needs to contract with COEO for Redundant / Backup SIP trunks that represents a minimum quantity of 10% of total active customer SIP trunks.  Next, Coeo will credit the committed MRC for redundant services off the hardware purchase. Once the client’s contract is end of life and a new 36 month contract is committed to COEO for SIP and Usage, COEO will apply an additional credit of up to one month of committed MRC and Usage to the customer.  Please see Example 2.

Example 1 – Customer Contract for 36 months

Ribbon SBC Cost:  $150,000
Customer SIP Committed Monthly Revenue to Coeo:  $85,000
Discount of Ribbon SBC / Equipment:  $85,000
Total cost of SBC:  $150,000-$85,000=$65,000
Coeo SBC Discount:  56%


Example 2 – Customer Contracts for SIP Backup and executes SIP contract 6 months later.

Ribbon SBC Cost:  $150,000
Customer SIP Committed Monthly Revenue to Coeo:  $8,500
Discount of Ribbon SBC / Equipment:  $8,500
Total cost of SBC:  $150,000-$8,500=$141,500
Coeo Discount at time of sale:  6%
Customer Net Additional SIP Committed Monthly Revenue after 6 months: $85,000
2nd Coeo Discount: $85,000
Total Cost of SBC: $150,000 – ($8,500 + (85,000-$8,500)) = $65,000
Coeo SBC Discount: 56%

In the event Customer terminates or breaches the Agreement at any time prior to expiration of the Term,  Customer shall pay to Coeo, all discounts applied under this promotion.
